In 2018 and 2019, I worked as a designer for NYU's Decision Support Group within the school's financial department. The DSG was created to help administrators examine valuable data collected about NYU's students, faculty, finances, and more, to help them make informed decisions. Since the data in question (and NYU'S reporting methods for said data) are often clunky or difficult to digest, the DSG provided training and resources to help its users understand the data they examined.
